The HSEQ department currently consists of an HSEQ Manager, two Environmental Engineers, an Occupational Health and Safety Engineer, a Sustainability and Quality Manager, and a Fire and Safety unit comprising a Fire and Safety Manager and three Fire Safety Technicians.
We work as a close-knit team with partially overlapping tasks, supporting one another across areas of expertise. At the same time, each role entails specific responsibilities and opportunities to drive development within its own area of specialization.

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic background, preferably as an environmental engineer or equivalent. You have experience with HSEQ work in the process industry or other operations where environmental, safety, and quality issues are an integral and important part of the business.
You are a committed, structured, and results-oriented individual. You are driven by developing operations and driving continuous improvement. You possess strong communication skills—both verbal and written—and are comfortable collaborating with various functions across the organization.
