We are seeking a lubrication technician for the PM (Preventive Maintenance) Group, which plays a vital role in our operations. The work primarily involves independently performing lubrication tasks according to established procedures—such as routine inspections and condition monitoring of rotating equipment—particularly when coverage is needed during vacation periods or sick leave.
To thrive and succeed in this role, you should be a solution-oriented person capable of acting calmly and methodically, even when unexpected challenges arise. You enjoy taking responsibility, show initiative, and adopt a hands-on approach to your work. Previous experience with mechanical work or technical maintenance is an asset and will help you settle into the role quickly.
The role involves close collaboration with colleagues within your own team as well as with the production and mechanics departments. Therefore, it is important that you have strong collaborative skills, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive work environment. We value interpersonal skills and are looking for someone who enjoys building good relationships, sharing knowledge, and supporting others when needed.
We value open and helpful collaboration and a shared responsibility for creating a safe, sustainable, and pleasant workplace. You identify with our employee principles, HAPPI:
We offer a challenging job in a pleasant workplace with a good team spirit. We believe that work-life balance is a prerequisite for job satisfaction and commitment. Therefore, it is obvious for us to make it easier for our employees to combine work and family life. We also support wellness and social activities. We aim to reflect the evolution of society and welcome applicants who add to our diversity.

To succeed, we need you! We are looking for someone who thrives on change and possesses a drive capable of moving both mountains and people.
