We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Business Partner for Domsjö Fabriker!
With us, you will be part of a competent HR team consisting of six people who together work with HR, payroll and communication. The role involves a great deal of personal responsibility and close cooperation with the managers of the business where you act as a qualified support and an active partner in both operational and strategic issues.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for independently running and developing central HR processes in your area. Your assignment includes organization and skills supply, employment law, rehabilitation, change management and leadership and organizational development. You will work closely with the business and actively contribute to developing working methods that strengthen performance, work environment and long-term skills supply.
The role entails a large personal mandate and requires you to take initiative, prioritize and drive issues forward together with the business. You are expected to contribute with structure, clarity and a business-oriented HR perspective in an industrial environment with a high focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
The role also includes implementing and further developing our global HR processes provided by our Indian owners, Aditya Birla Group, and ensuring that these work well in our local operations.

You have experience of driving HR work forward and feel confident in working both operationally and strategically. You have the ability to create structure, prioritize the right issues and translate needs into concrete activities and results.
You are structured, solution-oriented and strongly self-driven. At the same time, you are responsive and find it easy to build trusting relationships at all levels of the organization. You are used to working closely with managers and act as a natural sounding board in both everyday and more complex HR issues.
As the role involves close collaboration with operations and maintenance activities, we would like you to have experience from, or a genuine interest in, industrial operations and technical organizations.

– HR education at university level or equivalent experience
– Several years of experience in qualified and independent HR work
– Experience of working closely with managers
– Good system experience, especially in Office 365
– Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
– Experience in industrial activities is an advantage
– Experience in developing or implementing HR systems is an advantage
