For us at Domsjö Fabriker, safety is one of the most fundamental and central aspects of our everyday work, so we have also established an award for those who have excelled in maintaining and improving safety in various parts of the business.
Participation is high on our agenda. That’s why the nominations come from the staff themselves. So the nominations are a direct reflection of our staff’s feelings and appreciation for each other, which we think is great. Since our business requires shift work, we have chosen to divide the Christmas dinner and Awards on two different occasions, so that everyone can be included.
