Your role
As a Controller with us, you will be a key person in the work of analyzing and developing the business. Among other things, you will:
- Responsible for reporting, monitoring and analyzing the financial performance of the business
- Responsible for project accounting
- Support managers and executives in financial matters and decision-making
- Participate in budget and forecast work
- Developing processes, procedures and tools for effective governance
- Participating in building and developing a structured internal control system. The role includes participating in identifying risks, developing proposals for action and contributing to continuous improvement work
Who are you? We are looking for people who have:
- Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent skills acquired by other means
- A few years of experience in controlling, accounting or financial analysis
- Good analytical skills
- Interest in working both strategically and operationally
- Ability to communicate clearly and build good relationships in the organization
- Good knowledge of the Office package and very good knowledge of Excel. Experience with Oracle and SAP financial systems would be an advantage
- Good understanding of systems and development driven in systems
- Good knowledge of English and Swedish, both written and spoken
