About the role:
We are looking for two daytime mechanics for the Boiler House and Lignin maintenance department (one permanent and one temporary). The main tasks consist of repair work on machinery such as pumps, gearboxes, fans, valves and other process equipment.
The position is directly subordinate to the department’s supervisor. Scheduled weekend standby is included in the service for the permanent position.
What are we looking for?
You should have a mechanical education of at least upper secondary level or equivalent experience. Experience in the process industry is an advantage, as is knowledge of laser alignment, bearing replacement, repair welding, hydraulics and pneumatics.
We would like to see that you have at least a few years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
To succeed in your work, you are professional, thorough and enjoy problem solving. You are independent in your work, but you appreciate cooperation and have good contacts with other people. We attach great importance to your personal qualities and are looking for you to be responsible and develop both in your work and as a person.
