We have been working on the future for 120 years

Domsjö Fabriker has its origins in the sulphite factory started in 1903 by the then Mo och Domsjö AB. Initially, pulp was produced, but as early as 1930 the production of cellulose for viscose production began. Our products have evolved to meet the world’s need for more sustainable products. To stay relevant in the future, development and innovation are at the heart of our business – our goal is to become the most attractive biorefinery in the world!

Working at Domsjö Fabriker

With high ambitions, our goal is to become the world’s most attractive biorefinery and Norrland’s most attractive workplace. Working at Domsjö Fabriker means that you can be part of this journey!

Subsidiary companies

Domsjö Fabriker is the company’s largest customer and receives about half of the procured volume. The head office is located in Riga and the timber terminals are in Riga, Mersrags and Salacgriva.

Associated companies

It is a unique cooperation solution that means that Domsjö Fiber buys raw material for our biorefinery and for Övik Energi’s combined heat and power plant.
