Summer temps for the Purchasing Department and the Marketing Organization

We are now looking for summer temps for the Marketing Organization and the Purchasing Department, maybe this is your chance to gain insight into an exciting industry while building valuable experience for the future.

We welcome people who have a helpful approach, a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to our continued success. The most important thing for us is that you are committed and curious about the tasks that the role entails.

As a vacation substitute, you replace regular staff, and we would like to see that you have started a college / university education or YH education, or have previous experience of similar tasks.
Since many assignments involve contact with both customers and suppliers internationally, you need to have good knowledge of English, both in speech and writing.

We are looking for summer temps for the following roles:

Marketing assistant

We are looking for someone who is thorough, independent and likes order and structure. You work with, among other things:

  • to issue export documents
  • daily contact with customers and service partners
  • following up on deliveries and orders

Sales coordinator

This role will suit you if you like to have a lot of balls in the air and thrive in contact with people. You will work with:

  • daily customer service
  • order management and order planning
  • being the first point of contact for our customers
  • cooperation with our partners

Purchasers

We are looking for people who are communicative, solution-oriented and thorough – and who like to work independently and in a structured way. The role includes, among other things:

  • create purchase orders in the Maximo maintenance system
  • call-off against existing contracts
  • monitor order confirmations, lead times and prices
  • send quote requests
  • if you are goal-oriented and cost-conscious, this is the role for you.

Good to know

  • You need to be at least 18 years old in 2026 according to the legislation on the working environment of minors.
