As a Marketing Assistant, you are responsible for receiving and managing our customer orders. Among other things, you are responsible for creating sales orders in our order system, creating shipping and export documentation, sending order confirmations to our customers and arranging sample shipments. Furthermore, the Marketing Assistant is responsible for ensuring that documents and certificates comply with each country’s requirements and wishes and issues these to customers.
You have daily contact with customers, distributors and service partners worldwide and you work closely with our Cellulose & Lignin business areas.
Computer literacy and a good command of English are essential to succeed in this role. We also see that you have a basic administrative education or equivalent experience from similar professions. It is important that you as a person are structured, thorough & communicative. Experience from business systems is meritorious for the role.
